If for some reason you would like to return a Maple Forest product, you can send an email to email@example.com with your name, invoice number and a picture of the product. Shipping costs are a responsibility of the customer. The product needs to be in it's original packaging, unopened and unwashed. For hygienic reasons returns have to be approved first.
If something is wrong with your product please send me an email right away with a picture of the product. I will do my best to resolve the issue right away, taking any responsibility necessary.
